The Earth Adventure is visiting Swanton School this week! Thanks to Mrs. Collins and Mrs. Wood for organizing this special Earth Day event, which was funded through your generous purchases at our school book fair. All students will have the opportunity to go INSIDE the earth and learn more about the precious planet we all share. In this video, second graders are working with host Stefan to explore the continents.

WOKO Big Change Roundup
The Swanton School Community wants to celebrate
another successful service learning project. The first grade
team delivered $2,285.07 to Fletcher Allen Hospital
on Monday. Students from the first grade went out
with their official bandit bags and canisters to raise money
to support the Children's Hospital of Vermont.
Representatives for the first grade were able to meet
Dr. Lewis First and Wild Bill. They even were on WOKO
Radio.
Special thanks to everyone who helped make this such
a success for the students and for future patients of the
hospital.
Students also want to thank WOKO and Wild Bill
for coming to our school and teaching us how the Vermont
Children's Hospital serves our community.
