To print an order form for Swanton Royals T-Shirts and sweatshirts: Click the go! button.
After the form loads, select "File", then "Print".

Please note a few things when ordering:

  • On royal, the imprint will be white. On white, the imprint will be royal. The options are:
    1. Full Front Imprint
    2. Full Back Imprint
    3. Left Chest Front Imprint
    Please be sure to indicate option A, B, or C in the logo location of the order form.
  • When ordering, please indicate whether you want an adult or
    youth in addition to size. For example, if you want an adult large indicate by writing "adult large" not just "large".
  • Although the stretch cotton t-shirts come in adult sizes only, they run on the small side (Mrs. Benay ordered a large) and would likely fit students also.
  • Send the form to school by mail. The address is:
